Description

The Northern Regional Health Authority (NRHA) is accepting proposals from Proponents for the provision of Property and Equipment Breakdown Insurance and Related Services.

It is the intent to enter into an Agreement term of three (3) years with one Proponent who will undertake to provide the services as identified in this RFP. The three (3) year term will consist of an initial one (1) year term and two (2) consecutive Option terms of one (1) year each that would be accepted annually by the NRHA in the form of a written acceptance letter. Proponents will have the ability to subcontract if required. It is anticipated that the Agreement will be effective on or about April 1, 2017.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proponent must submit one (1) original hard copy and should submit two (2) additional hard copies of its Proposal that should be clearly marked “RFP - Provision of Property and Equipment Breakdown Insurance and Related Services” and should be in a sealed envelope, box or package. The Proposal should be organized in the format shown in Section 4.1.

Proponents should also submit one (1) electronic copy of its proposal on a USB drive.

In the event of a conflict between the hard copy version and the electronic copy version of the Proposal, the hard copy version shall prevail.
