Northern Health Region requires Consultant Services for the following services:

To conduct a multi-year external audit of Flin Flon General Hospital financial and patient records.
To quantify actual operating and service costs of the Flin Flon General Hospital.
To breakdown and clearly identify services provided to Saskatchewan residents for fiscal years from 2014/15 to 2018/19.
To include all clinical services provide to Saskatchewan residents and to include in-patient, emergency, community (primary care, public health and mental health), emergency medical services (EMS) and diagnostic services.
