Description

The Community of Mallard is seeking to renovate their existing garage. This garage was previously connected to hydro and the mast is still in place. There are barn style front doors, there is a concrete floor and the building dimensions are 32.5ft by 24ft. The outside wall height is 10.75ft and the top of the peak of the gable style roof is 15ft from ground level. The roof area is approximately 875ft2.
