The Community of Berens River is seeking upgrades to their community hall and council office. Work includes:

kitchen upgrades;
bathroom upgrades;
replacement of existing windows;
replacement of existing doors;
replacement of existing lighting;

installation of air conditioning

As part of the work requirement, the contractor must complete the work to meet applicable regulatory requirements.
