Development of Constant Slope Portable Precast Concrete Barrier

Manitoba Infrastructure (MI) requires the services of an Engineering Service Provider to develop a portable precast concrete barrier (PPCB) design with a symmetrical cross section that will satisfy the latest revision of Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware Test Level 3 (MASH TL-3) criteria.
