DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro, on behalf of the Keeyask Hydro Power Limited Partnership (KHLP) is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the provision of a third-party environmental audit to assess if environmental and social commitments made in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) were met in relation to the construction of Keeyask Generating Station.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:
All proposals/tenders must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro’s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process:

Completion of the Statement of Non-Conflict of Interest, Form 02-1
Certification under the standards of RAB/IQA International Register or Certified Auditors or equivalent.
