DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:

Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request for Quotation for Service contract for Renting of bins and Hauling of Waste & Recycling from Jenpeg G.S.

The services to be provided shall be described in the Purchase Order (“Work”) and may include any
of the following items:

ITEM 1: Rental of 40 yard waste bin, closed top container (Bear Proof) and haulage to registered landfill as
requested; 1 unit
Manitoba Hydro estimates this will be collected monthly or bi-monthly depending on the circumstances.

ITEM 2: Rental of 40 yard recycling bin, closed top container (Bear Proof) and haulage to register landfill as
requested; 1 unit
Manitoba Hydro estimates this will be collected monthly

ITEM 3: Rental of 40 yard bin for wood waste, closed top container (Bear Proof) and haulage to registered landfill
as requested; 1 unit
Manitoba Hydro estimates this will be collected quarterly

ITEM 4: Rental of 40 yard bin for metal waste, closed top container (Bear Proof) and haulage to registered landfill
as requested; 1 unit
Manitoba Hydro estimates this will be collected quarterly
