DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
FLOW AUGMENTATION STOPLOG AND BULKHEAD FABRICATION
The Work shall consist in all that is required for the fabrication, supply and delivery of flow augmentation stoplog and bulkhead, consisting of but not limited to, the following ITEMS:
ITEM 1 - Supply of one (1) set of stoplogs for Great Falls Generating Station as detailed in the Purchaser’s Drawings. Refer to Appendix A.
ITEM 2 - Supply of one (1) steel bulkhead for Great Falls Generating Station including the dewatering valve assembly as detailed in the Purchaser’s Drawings. Refer to Appendix A.
ITEM 3 – Delivery of ITEM 1 and ITEM 2 to Great Falls Generating Station, (including all loading, off-loading, Superintendent services, and provision of necessary supportive cribbing) at Great Falls Generating Station.
ITEM 4 – Supply and Installation of Rubber J-Seals on ITEM 2 [steel bulkhead] (Purchaser’s Option)

Pass/Fail Criteria
Welding Shall be performed only by shops which have been certified in accordance with CSA W47.1 (DIV.1 or 2); E49XX electrode to be used for all welds.
