DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
The Work includes the design and construction of a 30.5 m (100’) by 18.28 m (60’) storage building at the Riel Converter Station including site improvements, foundation, flooring, superstructure, electrical, mechanical, grounding, and fire detection. Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser’s Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements.
The Work includes the following ITEMs:
ITEM 1: Mobilization and Demobilization
ITEM 2: Design of foundation, building superstructure, electrical system, grounding and bonding system, mechanical system, fire detection system, security system and telecommunication systems.
ITEM 3: Supply and installation of foundation, building superstructure, electrical system, grounding and bonding system, mechanical system, fire detection system, security system, telecommunication systems and site improvements.
ITEM 4: Miscellaneous: engineering site visits, final letter of certification and operation and maintenance manuals.
