DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK:
Manitoba Hydro is seeking competitive Proposals for a Consultant to act as Manitoba Hydro’s External Design Organization (EDO), in order to comply with Transport Canada and NAV Canada requirements in the operation of its aviation facilities in Northern Manitoba. Manitoba Hydro also requires general aviation consulting support to help ensure safe operation of its aviation facilities.
