Description

The Service Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year initial term with an anticipated commencement date of November 1, 2018 till March 31, 2019. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this Agreement for four (4) optional five (5) month terms from November till March of each year.

The items of Work intended to be covered by the specifications and to which the specifications apply, are those necessary or incidental to the completion of the Work in accordance with these Contract Documents.
To remove snow and/or ice from designated properties as described in the specifications.

Provide all necessary labour, suitable material and equipment, permits, licensing and insurance, for the clearing, removal and disposal of snow and ice

Additional Bidding Instructions

Manitoba Housing requires a Service Agreements for the supply of goods and services for Snow Removal in the Lord Selkirk Park area as identified in the price schedule. Each area will be awareded to a successful bidder.
The Service Agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year initial term with an anticipated commencement date of November 1, 2018 till March 31, 2019. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this Agreement for four (4) optional five (5) month terms from November till March of each year.
