This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for security upgrades for four buildings as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the “Work”).
CPPD requires the services of an Electrical Contractor for Security Upgrade Projects for four (4) sites in Winnipeg at 340 Princess Street, 25 Furby Street, 30 Wynford Drive and 75 & 83 Morrow Avenue. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom systems and site lighting.
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for December 7, 8 & 9, 2021 at 10:00AM local time. Bidders who wish to attend the site visit must pre-register with the project lead via email at paul.surgeoner@gov.mb.ca prior to the end of day of December 6, 2021.
When pre-registering, provide the name of the individual attending the site visit along with their email and telephone contact information.
Your attendance will be checked off and confirmed by the Project Lead.

Physical distancing will be strictly enforced. A mask must be worn during the site visit.

Deadline for questions is December 9, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca

Bid submission deadline is December 16, 2021 at 2:00:00 P.M. CST. This is an e-bid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
