Manitoba Housing requires the supply of goods/services from a security management company to provide call response, patrolling, key holder services and may require additional services as required within Brandon, Dauphin, Portage la Prairie, Selkirk and The Pas Manitoba. The expectation is that a security company already providing alarm response services in one or more of the listed cities/towns will have a security officer available to respond to Manitoba Housing properties in less than 40 minutes of receipt of a call from our 24/7/365 call centre.
Manitoba Housing invites bidders to submit a bid on Schedule A – Price Schedule Form for the supply of the goods (if any) and services described in Appendix 1 – Scope of Work. The description of goods and services set out the minimum requirements of Manitoba Housing. Submissions should meet the minimum requirements and may, in addition, include goods, services or terms that exceed the minimum requirements.
The agreement shall be for a period of two (2) years with an anticipated commencement date of February 1, 2017. Manitoba Housing reserves the right to extend this agreement for two (2) optional two (2) year extensions.
Manitoba Housing does not imply or guarantee the volume of services which may be applied against this Agreement. The areas included in this tender are listed in Schedule B however the Services are not limited to only those listed.
