CS2021-67-P-7577 - Prime Consultant Services, Replacement & Relocation of Make-Up Air Unit

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing The Owner requires the services of a Mechanical Consultant for 132 Drull Avenue East in a one-storey multi-unit Elderly Person Home (EPH) constructed in 1975 in Vita, MB. This building consists of 15 bachelor suites and 18 one bedroom suites. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Replace and relocate the new Make-Up Air Unit, perform general maintenance on the HRV, replace dryer vent with metal ducting, and properly fasten effluent pumps on their bases. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.
 
An optional site visit will is scheduled on November 10, 2021 at 11:00AM local time.
Proponents are to meet at 132 Drull Avenue, East, Vita MB. Proponents are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at chris.cruz@gov.mb.ca  An email will be sent as confirmation of attendance. It is the Proponents responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.
Deadline for registration is November 9, 2021 at 2:00 AM CST.
 
Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.
 
Deadline for questions is November 16, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
