CS2021-72-P-7711 - Mechanical Upgrades (HRVs)

This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for mechanical upgrades (HRV) as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3).
 
The Owner requires the services of a Contractor for a Mechanical Upgrade (HRV’s) at 207- 6th Street South, Swan River, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Replacement of existing supply and exhaust air system with a make-up air heat recovery unit. Work site location will be partially occupied during construction.
 
A Mandatory site visit will is scheduled on November 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM local time.
Mandatory attendance is required of all general contractors. All other sub trades are optional attendance. Physical distancing will be strictly enforced and mask are mandatory.
 
Deadline for questions is November 30, 2021. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca
