Description

This bid opportunity is open to all interested suppliers.
Manitoba Housing requires the services of a mechanical contractor to perform a hydronic system upgrade for an apartment building. Work site location will be occupied during construction.
Approximate budget for the project is between $100,000 and $250,000
A mandatory site visit is scheduled for January 10, 2018 at 1:30 P.M.
Deadline for questions is January 18, 2018. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for "Requests for Equals" is 10 days before the submission deadline. Anyone wishing to submit a request for equal must complete the form on the website www.gov.mb.ca/housing/mh/business/procurement.html and submit to the project manager at brian.stoesz@gov.mb.ca. The form must be completed in its entirety or may be rejected.
Bid submission deadline is January 25, 2018 at 2:00:00 P.M. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender.
Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the ebid requirements. Make sure you obtain your PIN number from MERX well in advance of the deadline in order to upload your tender submission.
