Description

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform furnace replacements at 29 townhouse units located at:

Units 2, 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 24, 26, 27 – 1391 Fife Street
Units 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17 – 1411 Fife Street
Units 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14 Mapleglen Drive

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of furnace and thermostat, installation of chimney liner, duct cleaning, and asbestos abatement. Units will be occupied during installation.
If bidder's wish to attend the site, an appointment may be made by contacting Robert Nygaard at 204-451-3805.
Requests for equal must be submitted on a completed form provided at this link: Request for Equal Form. The completed form must be received ten (10) business days before the submission deadline. Submit via email to the Project Manager at robert.nygaard@gov.mb.ca.
Deadline for questions is October 13, 2020. All questions are to be submitted to the Contract Administrator at nicole.doherty@gov.mb.ca.
Bid Submission deadline is October 20, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM Central Daylight Time. It is solely the Bidders responsibility to ensure its bid is submitted in accordance with the electronic bid submission instructions. No other form of bid submission will be accepted. Bids that do not comply with submission instructions will be deemed non-compliant.
