Description

Manitoba Housing requires the services of a general contractor to perform the fire restoration at 15-109 Chudley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, supply and install new interior and exterior doors, kitchen cabinets and counter tops, bathroom tub, toilet, vanity sink and counter top, drywall, insulation and windows, electrical, plumbing and smoke seal and interior painting. Structural work includes removal and replacement of rafters, joists and floor sheathing.

The work unit will not be occupied during construction. However the surrounding complex will be occupied and will therefore require all contractors and subcontractors to provide both criminal record and child abuse record checks.
