Manitoba Housing requires a Construction Manager to provide construction management services to specifically assigned construction projects to Manitoba Housing assets located in Thompson, Manitoba and surrounding areas from Brochet to Norway House and Brochet to Red Sucker Lake inclusive.
The bulk of the work will be make readies, but may also include exterior repair, common area upgrades or fire/life/safety repairs. All projects are to be completed by March 31, 2021.

Proposal submission deadline is November 17, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM Central Standard Time. Proposals must be submitted electronically through MERX. Proposals submitted by personal delivery, courier, fax, or e-mail are not permitted and will not be considered. It is solely the Proponent’s responsibility to ensure the Proposal is received before the Submission Deadline. Proposals received after the Submission Deadline will not be accepted.
