Service for the 7500 Fast Real Time PCR System, to include the following:

All parts, labour and travel for remedial repair of the system
All planned maintenance visits (minimum one per year), with no extra charges for parts, labour or travel
Annual preventive maintenance, calibration and certification of the 7500 Fast
Priority telephone and email access to instrument technical support
Telephone and email access to application technical support
All servicing (maintenance, calibration, and repair) to be performed by Service Engineers who are certified and trained to service the 7500 Fast
Guaranteed priority response time of 2 business days or less after receipt of service call request for calls received prior to 2pm local time at the service centre

Vendors who consider themselves fully qualified and available to provide the services described in this NOI should submit a statement of capabilities in writing to the contact person identified in this NOI on or before the closing date of this NOI. The statement of capabilities must clearly demonstrate how the Vendor meets or exceeds the contract requirements set out in this NOI.

All statements of capabilities received on or before the closing date of this NOI will be reviewed to determine if any Vendors, other than Life Technolgies, Inc., are capable of meeting the requirements.

Written statements of capabilities, referencing NOI # MHSAL20170001, are to be faxed or emailed, and must be received no later than June 28th at 12:00 p.m. (CDT), (the ‘closing date’).
