Description

The City of Winnipeg and Province of Manitoba both operate Property Assessment and Taxation Systems that are nearing end of life. This RFP seeks to procure consulting services to define the requirements and strategy for modernizing these systems. This will involve working with both the City and Manitoba to collect their high level requirements, assess the health of their systems, determine appropriate strategies for modernization (upgrade, build, buy, etc.), and recommend whether a common solution could meet the needs of both Manitoba and the City. This will also include a detailed requirements gathering and solutioning phase.
