Description

This Request for Quotations (the “Solicitation”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection and Government Services, to prospective Vendors to submit bids for the provision of services for collection and disposal of recyclable oil waste as further described in Section A of the Solicitation Particulars (Appendix A) and Scope of Deliverables (Appendix B).

Manitoba is seeking the services of a professional contractor to collect and dispose recyclable oil waste (and associated materials e.g. used oil filters, oil and antifreeze containers} from numerous locations within the Province of Manitoba,

The collector will be responsible for picking-up waste (collectable) oil, oil containers (the containers in which the oil was originally sold), and oil filters in accordance with the current MARRC (Manitoba Association for Resource Recovery Corp.) and Manitoba Environment Conservation and Climate Department regulations.
