The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Application Management Services (AMS) for a set of in-house Java and Domino applications. The services requested are Maintenance, Development and Enhancement Services and Transition services when necessary.
The scope of work includes Incident, Maintenance, Enhancement and Transition Services for the set of in-house Java and Domino applications. The supplementary document BTT AMS Delivery Model specifies the service model.
Incident Services address unplanned interruptions to IT Services or the reduction in quality of IT Services.
Transition Services are necessary to support the transfer of the services to the successful Proponent and includes the completion of the AMS Checklist for ICT AMS Transition. Transition Services may also be required at the end of the agreement term if transition to a new Proponent is necessary.
Maintenance Services address on-going maintenance and support of the application. The purpose is to offer appropriate application availability, optimize performance, ensure system security and provide responsive maintenance services.
Enhancement Services address adding new functionality within the application and the associated services in doing so.
The Proponent will be required to deliver Incident, Maintenance, Development and Enhancement Services to the Service Levels detailed in the BTT AMS Delivery Model document. Failure to follow the detailed Service Levels and processes documented in the BTT AMS Delivery Model document will result in contract termination.
