PRE-BID MEETING
Due to COVID 19, Pre-bid meetings and site tours will scheduled and provided to
contractors individually.
Scheduled site tours will commence on Wednesday May 26, 2021at 9:00 AM and
continue for one (1) hour segments for the remainder of the day.

- The site tour is mandatory for General Contractors.

If required, additional site meetings may be conducted Thursday May 27, 2021 as
scheduled.
Interested parties shall contact Marcel Sylvestre to RSVP and schedule the walkthrough
by Friday May 21, 2021. Time-slots will be filled on a first-come first-serve basis.

Attendees are to assemble at the school front office, off St. Mary’s Road, where a sign-in
sheet will be provided.
The pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all general contractors. Others parties are invited
and may attend following scheduling procedures above.
