Sealed Bids will be received by the IERHA, c/o MCW/AGE Consulting Professional Engineers up to Wednesday, March 28, 2018 before 2:00:00 pm local time for the Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority (IERHA) – East Gate Lodge and Stony Plain Terrace – Fire Alarm System Replacement located at, Beausejour, Manitoba.

Project Description:

Work comprises of all regulatory approvals, provision for materials, labor, supervision, systems testing and final commissioning for the replacement of two existing stand-alone fire alarm systems at East Gate Lodge and Stony Plains Terrace with new, fully addressable fire alarm systems, located at 606 & 646 James Avenue in Beausejour, Manitoba.

Milestone Dates:
Tender Release: March 9, 2018.
A Mandatory Bidders site visit will take place at 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. Bidders are solely responsible to fully inform themselves of all existing conditions and limitations.

Tender Close: 2:00 pm local time, Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
