D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of demolition of the existing ventilation system and installation of an upgraded ventilation system for the vehicle repair shop at 195 Tecumseh Street.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at the Site at 10:00 am on June 10, 2021 to provide Bidders access to the Site. Investigations are by appointment only and for a maximum of three (3) attendees per Bidder to maintain current social distancing measures related to COVID-19 pandemic. Each Bidders investigation will be approximately 30 minutes in duration.
(a) Bidders are requested to register for the site investigation by emailing the Contract Administrator identified in D3, before June 7, 2021 at 4:00 pm.
(b) Bidders are requested to meet outside of the Vehicle Repair Shop at 195 Tecumseh Street.
(c) Bidders attending the Site Investigation outlined in B3.1 are required to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment; at a minimum hard hat, CSA approved safety footwear, safety vest, non-medical mask or face covering and safety glasses.
