B3 SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at the Site at 9am on July 6th, 2023 to provide Bidders access to the Site.
B3.2 The Bidder is advised that the three locations will be seen in the following order, starting at:
(i)195 Tecumseh, Fleet Shops Building, just past the main entry gate on the west side
(ii)845 Sargent, Fire Station No.5, meet in staff parking lot
(iii)625 Osborne, Fort Rouge Leisure Center, meet in main parking lot
B3.2.1 The Bidder must have proper PPE (Safety Vest, Safety Boots) available for use during the inspections.
B3.3 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
B3.4 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been determined through such inspection.
