Description

D2.1 The work to be done under the Contract shall consist of removal and disposal of existing (BUR) roof system c/w all flashings, cants and curbs. Installation of new modified bitumen roofing system c/w flashings, roof drains and curbing for all mechanical equipment. Existing roof top mechanical condensing units and services to be removed and reinstalled in a phased approach to accommodate new roof work.
