D2.          SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the replacement of the shingle
roof system of the sloped roof of the main facility as well as the replacement of fascia, troughs
and downspout assemblies as defined in the specification.

D2.2        The funds available for this Contract are $ 90,000.00

B3.          SITE INVESTIGATION

B3.1        Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the Site at 10am on November 8, 2021 to provide Bidders access to the Site.

B3.2        The Bidder is advised that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, potential bidders are required
to follow social distancing measures and wear a mask during the investigation.

B3.3        Bidders are advised that access to the main sloped roof will not be allowed unless full
fall arrest is utilized as defined in Manitoba Workplace Health and Safety guidelines.
