D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the removal of the existing BUR
roof system and supply and installation of a new 2 ply modified bitumen roof system. This work
shall include all required mechanical, plumbing and sheet metals to complete the roof as specified.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at
the Site at 10am on April 19, 2022 to provide Bidders access to the Site.
B3.2 The Bidder is advised that due to the COVID-9 pandemic, masks will be required if access to
the interior of the health clinic is requested during the site review. Masks are also encouraged
as well as maintaining safe distance during the site inspection.
