D2. SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the supply and installation of
a new 2 ply modified bitumen roof system, including all required mechanical works and flashing
metals as specified.

D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) The replacement of the roof on section A1.5;
(b) The replacement of the roof on section B1.

D2.3 The funds available for this project at the time of posting are $867,000.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, a Site meeting will be held at 9:30am on November 8th, 2023 to provide
Bidders access to the Site.

B3.2 The Bidder is advised that we will meet in the front parking lot.

B3.3 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received
at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct
observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.

B3.4 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume
all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have
been determined through such inspection.
