B3. SITE INVESTIGATION
B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the Site at 9am on May 18, 2022 to provide Bidders access to the Site.
(a) Contractors to meet in the Pan Am Pool lobby at 9am.
(b) Contractor may be required to wear masks during the site investigation.
B3.2 The Bidder is advised that renovation work in the boiler room will be required and
access to the underside of the main floor slab is restricted due to existing mechanical and
electrical equipment. It is recommended that this be reviewed by bidders.
B3.3 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received
at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct
observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.
B3.4 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect his/her Bid or his/her performance of the Work, and shall
assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or
could have been determined through such inspection.
