D2. SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of Site preparation and
installation of an exterior cast in place reinforced concrete slab on grade with sub-grade
insulation at the Hurst Regional Pumping Station (RPS) as set out and detailed in the Drawings and
Specifications.
D2.2 The funds available for this contract are $48,300.00.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION

B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the Site at 9:00 a.m. on June 19, 2023 to provide Bidders access to the following
Site:
(a) Hurst Regional Pumping Station: 60 Hurst Way, Winnipeg, MB
B3.1.1 The Site Investigation will commence at the Hurst Regional Pumping Station.
(a) Proponents must provide their own transportation to the Site.
B3.1.2 Bidders are required to register for the Site investigations by contacting the
Contract Administrator no later than 4:00 p.m. on June 15, 2023 with the required security
clearances completed.
B3.1.3 Bidders registered for a Site investigation must provide the City of Winnipeg
(City) with a Global Sanctions & Politically Exposed Persons Check obtained not earlier than one
(1) year prior to the Site investigation (i.e. June 19, 2022).
