D2. SCOPE OF WORK
D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the repairs to the fountain drainage plumbing system and the interlock stone surrounding the fountain area.
D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Removal, regrading and reinstallation of the interlock stone,
(b) Replacement of existing drainage system back to the collection basin.
D2.3 The funds available for this contract are $40,000.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION

B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be available at Corydon-Hugo Piazza, 261 Hugo St N, Winnipeg, Manitoba, at 0900 on June 4th, 2024 to provide Bidders access to the Site.

B3.2 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.

B3.3 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have been determined through such inspection.
