SCOPE OF WORK

D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the furnishing of all labour, materials,
equipment and supervision required for the refurbishment of the College Beliveau Track in
Winnipeg, Manitoba.

D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) Excavation and site grading;
(b) Subsurface drainage and connection to an existing catch basin;
(c) A 4-lane, 300m long athletic track surface;
(d) Asphalt paving for track base;
(e) Asphalt paving;
(f) CIP concrete curbing;
(g) Topsoil and sod;
(h) Specified soccer goal posts.

D3.3 The funds available for this contract are $695,000.00 (inclusive of cash allowances).

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION

B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Bidder may view the Site without making an appointment.

B3.2 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work and shall assume
all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have
been determined through such inspection.
