D3.          SCOPE OF WORK

D3.1        The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of:
(a)   Thin Bituminous Overlay (TBO)
(i)     Assiniboine Grove - Bedson Street to West End
(ii)     Baytree Court - Forestgate Avenue to Forestgate Ave
(iii)     Blackwood Bay - Marrington Road to South End
(iv)     Caldwell Crescent - Scurfield Boulevard to West End
(v)     Forestgate Avenue - Lindenwood Drive West to Deer Run Drive
(vi)     Gull Lake Road - East Lake Drive to Markham Road
(vii)     Harwood Crescent - Dale Boulevard to Rannock Avenue
(viii)     Harwood Crescent - Rannock Avenue to Cullen Drive
(ix)     Hawkesbury Crescent - Tweedsmuir Road to South End
(x)     Hillberry Bay - Columbia Dr to West End
(xi)     Honeybourne Crescent - Westgrove Way to Dale Boulevard
(xii)     Knox Street - Hamilton Avenue to Ness Avenue
(xiii)     Makinak Bay - Crestview Park Drive to West End
(xiv)     Morton Bay - Stack Street to South End
(xv)     Sandcliffe Court - Hawkesbury Crescent to South End
(xvi)     Sedgeley Court - Hawkesbury Crescent to Hawkesbury Crescent
(xvii)     Shillingstone Road - Columbia Drive to West End
(xviii)     Wentworth Street - Fleet Avenue to South End
(xix)     Wordsworth Way - Jolliett Crescent to Browning Boulevard
(b)   The City reserves the right to remove, add and/or substitute locations. No changes to Bid
Prices or financial compensation will be considered for these changes. Working days may be revised
based on location revisions where required as determined solely by the Contract Administrator.

D3.2        The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a)   Thin Bituminous Overlay (TBO)
(i)     Planing of existing asphalt overlays;
(ii)     Planing of asphalt and/or concrete pavements and lip curbs;
(iii)     Full-depth concrete repairs of existing slabs and joints;
(iv)     Placement of pavement repair fabric;
(v)     Adjustment of drainage inlets, manholes, catch basins and water valves;
(vi)     Renewal of curb and sidewalk;
(vii)     Placement of asphalt overlay (average thickness 55 mm); and
(viii)     Restoration of boulevards
