Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent at City Hall, 226 Mystery Lake Road, Thompson, MB. R8N 1S6 up to 11:00 a.m. local time on: Friday, March 3, 2017, for the:

RFP #10917 – AUDIT SERVICES

Bid documents may be obtained from the office of the Purchasing Agent, 120 Seal Road, Thompson, MB. Phone (204) 677-7974, email aadeyemi@thompson.ca between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, or downloaded from the City website at www.thompson.ca.

The City shall have the right to disqualify Proponents from the bidding process if they have failed to complete their obligations under any prior contract with the City of Thompson or have been involved in litigation with the City.

The lowest or any submission need not be accepted by the City of Thompson. The City shall have the right to evaluate competing bids in accordance with its own criteria for evaluation applied to the work being proposed, whether or not such criteria has been expressly related to the Proponents. The City of Thompson reserves the right to award work to the Proponent which it deems to be in the best interest of the City.

All amendments to the associated notice, including amended documents, plans and specifications (where applicable), are issued by the originator of the notice. MERX asks you to contact the buying agency directly for these amendments. MERX stipulates that potential bidders may also be required to register with the buying authority as a bidder/plan taker.
