Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Proponents to supply Manitoba with Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Advisory and Research Services, related resource libraries (web based) and analytical/advisory services that are unbiased, accurate, clear, relevant, timely, and comprehensive.

Manitoba will enter into an Agreement with the Proponent(s) whose submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of Manitoba when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria.

The contract will include services for a two (2) year period plus two (2) optional one (1) year extensions. Pricing will be evaluated on the total cost over four years. The initial two (2) year contract term will be from December 1, 2018 to November 30, 2020.
