Description

Brandon University invites Bidders to submit a Quotation for Darrach Hall Link – Phase 1 Site Work. The scope of work includes:

Demolish existing concrete stair and walkway, and wood ramp,
Construct new concrete entry landing with guard railings, supported on existing foundations,
Regrade the site and provide granular base for the walkway,
Construct new sloped concrete walkway with ramp and removable steel bollards at the end,
Cut out and patch existing curbs as required,
Regrade the site drainage,
Develop a swales to collect run-off on both sides of walkway,
Extend roof drain as required from the Dining Hall,

This site visit/pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but Bidders are encouraged to attend as it will be the only opportunity to view the site.
