Description

This project consists of a partial HVAC systems upgrade for the Arborg Personal Care Home. The scope of work is indentified within the project manual and associated discpline drawings. Generally the project will include construction of the following items:

New roof-mounted kitchen make-up air unit (MUA-1),
New remote condensing unit and DX coil for personal care homes air-handling unit (AHU-5), and
New general exhaust fans (EF-1 and EF-2).

All work within the facility will require adherence to the Interlake Eastern Regional Health Authorities Infection Prevention and Control requirements. These requirements are identified within the project manual.
