The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Labour, Consumer Protection and Government Services, invites Submissions that offer Leased Accommodations in Winnipeg, Manitoba (within the specified location) that meet or are capable of meeting by the occupancy date, the standards, functional program and access requirements, set out for the Project in this document.

Occupancy Date
Occupancy should be available by June 1, 2024, the desired occupancy date. The Offeror must indicate in the Submission whether occupancy will be available by the desired occupancy date, or if later, by when occupancy will be available.
