5072010 - Interior and Exterior Renovations

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba (“Manitoba”), as represented by the Department of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery (“CPPD”) on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation. (“Owner”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for interior and Exterior  Renovations as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 8) (the “Work”).

The work is being done in 152A & B, 162A & B, 164A & B Grand Rapids Dr.,Grand Rapids, Manitoba.

CPPD is administering this RFP process. For the purposes of this procurement process, the “RFP Contact” will be:

An optional site visit has been scheduled as follows:
Location: 152 Grand Rapids Dr., Grand Rapids, MB
Date and Time: January 18, 2024, at 1:00 PM local time

Attendees are to meet at 152 Grand Rapids prior to 1:00 PM to sign the site attendance sheet. 

Attendees are to pre-register by email to the project coordinator at Andres.Aguirre@gov.mb.ca. A link to the meeting will be sent as confirmation of attendance. It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure registration and confirmation has been received prior to the meeting.

Deadline for registration is 1:00 PM January 17, 2024. Attendance at the site visit will be confirmed and recorded. If interested parties are not available to attend the above scheduled optional site visit, but still wish to view the Site, an appointment may be arranged by contacting the RFP Contact. Proponents are not entitled to rely on information received from CPPD, the Owner’s representatives or other third parties at the site visit unless the RFP Contact has provided the information in writing. 

Deadline for questions January 30, 2024 . All questions must be submitted to the RFP Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca. CPPD will only address questions that were sent to this email address.

Bid submission deadline is February 6, 2024 at 2:00:00 P.M. CDT. This is an ebid submission and all bids must be uploaded through MERX. No other form of submission is accepted for this tender. Please read the tender documents carefully regarding the e-bid requirements.
