Description

The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Consumer Protection & Government Services, Asset Management seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide inspection and testing repair and maintenance services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) of the fire alarm systems. The locations utilizing this Agreement are Selkirk Mental Health Centre 825 Manitoba Avenue, ABI Residence 604 Vaughan Avenue, Selkirk Provincial Building 446 Main Street, Arborg Provincial Building 317 River Road, Beausejour Provincial Building 20-1st Street S., Beausejour VEMA 200 PTH 302, Milner Ridge Correctional Centre HWY 214, Headingley Correctional Centre 6030 Portage Avenue, Women's Correctional Centre 31 Routledge Avenue, 1550 Dublin Avenue, 10 Midland Street, 1383 Whyte Avenue, 626 Henry Avenue.

AGREEMENT TERM: October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2026
Two additional one year options available
