Description

Work of this Contract comprises renovations to the Theatre located in the
Churchill Town Centre in Churchill, Manitoba. Scope includes expansion of
existing lobby space, supply and installation of new aluminimum storefront, new
millwork and finishes throughout. Construction of new UTR, refinishing of existing
washrooms, and refurbishing of existing Theatre space. Theatre to receive new
upholstered seating, lighting and wall and ceiling finishes, including new acoustic
wall treatments.

A mandatory site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at the Churchill Town
Centre, 180 La Verendrye Avenue, Churchill, Manitoba. Interested bidders are to meet at the Theatre. One representative from each bidder may accompany a chartered flight to Churchill for the mandatory site visit. The Province of Manitoba will cover the cost of the flight. Incidental and time cost will be the responsibility of each bidder. Exact flight details will be confirmed prior to the travel date. Bids will not be accepted from bidders that have not attended the mandatory site visit.
