Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit proposals to enable March of Dimes Canada to understand and evaluate the capabilities of potential banking partners, including technologies, systems and approaches they use as further described in Part 2 - Deliverables and Submission of Proposal (Technical Portion). This document sets out the requirements for the Proponent’s proposal and specifies the evaluation criteria and Proponent selection process. The Proponent must be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the requirements. This RFP is issued by March of Dimes Canada (herein after referred to as ‘MODC’).

Proponents MUST be a Chartered Canadian Bank to submit a proposal, if a Proponent is not a Chartered Bank they will be automatically disqualified and their proposal will not be evaluated.
