Description

C’est une prestation de restauration collective à prix global et forfaitaire annuel pour les repas, par application de prix unitaires –par menu-, ainsi que des prestations supplémentaires de repas spéciaux. Un seul candidat sera retenu pour l’exécution des prestations.
Le prestataire offrira un service aux familles et aux employés avec l’appui de la promotion du Lycée Claudel, toute la gestion quotidienne de la cafétéria et les revenus lui appartiendront en contrepartie de quoi une part fixe et une part variable (% du chiffre d’affaires) seront reversés annuellement au Lycée Claudel pour occupation des locaux et participation aux charges générales.
