Loyalist College (the College) is seeking proposals for the provisions of architectural services for the design and construction management of a new building at 376 Wallbridge Loyalist Road, Belleville, Ontario. This project has not been approved and will be dependent on the College Senior Executive approval, the estimated construction budget of $85M - $110M.

We are asking consultants as part of your proposal for this RFP to include.

An exterior conceptual drawing of the building
Draft floor plan layouts for the new building
