Description

In our last Strategic plan from 2020 to 2023 we developed a new vision, mission, and core values for the agency. We are not looking at changing this (unless driven by the engagement process).
We are looking at our post COVID environment that includes a new MCCSS plan for developmental services sector reform, ‘Journey to Belonging: Choice and Inclusion’. We have also recently re-structured our resources and services to better reflect the needs of the future. The Strategic plan is to ensure we are on the correct path and continues to set a strategic vision for the organization.
