Terms of Reference
The County of Lanark and two of its constituent municipalities (hereinafter “the County municipalities”) require the services of a consultant to prepare a risk assessment and request for proposals for insurance for the County of Lanark and the Townships of Lanark Highlands and Tay Valley.
Scope of Project
The project will be divided into three steps.

The collection of up to date underwriting information and to formulate a Request for Proposals (RFP) for insurance (not medical/dental, life insurance).
Request for Proposals Process - Issue RFP(s), respond to bidders questions during proposal process, issue addendums if required, review and analyse submissions and obtain clarification where necessary.
Evaluation of the bidders in consultation with County/Township staff and the creation of a fully developed rationale for a recommendation to Councils.
