Description

The Corporation of the County of Lanark (hereinafter referred to as the County) is seeking to engage a consultant to update the County’s Development Charges Background Study and to prepare an updated draft Development Charges By-law pursuant to the Development Charges Act.

It is the intention of the County to have a new Development Charge By-Law effective as of January 1, 2022.
